대체적으로 만족 하지만 구조상 엘리베이터가 없어서 불편하고 처음간다면 찾기가 조금 불편하다. 건물은 오래되서 요즘 스타일은 아니지만 청결했다. (화장실에서 게가 하수구를 타고 올라왔는지.. 너무 놀랐다.. 친환경적..ㅋㅋ) 조식은 객실이 별로 없어서 주문해서 먹는데 나름 괜찮음. 풀장도 괜찮았고 뷰도 좋았다. 날씨가 좋아서 더 만족. 직원들도 아주 친절했는데.. 조식 먹을때 와이프가 의자에 앉아서 편하게 먹기위에 발을 올렸는데 직원이 하지말란다.. 내가 왜 그러냐 그러니.. 노굿.. 아직도 이유를 모르겠다.. 그거 말고는 나름 괜찮았다. 아 그리고 객실 배정이 아랫층 쪽이면 체크아웃할때 직원의 도움을 받도록 하자. 올라갈때 엄청 힘들다.

Great stay, enjoyed my massive upgraded villa, staff was great and the view was amazing. My only complaint is that some things are lacking in maintenance, paricularly around the pool and lighting fixtures. Would stay again, though.

I dont know where to start. Room was in terrible condition. Not clean. Electricity was sparkling/damaged. We tried to communicate this with the guy at the lobby (who spoke terrible english, but seemed like a nice guy) and we wrote a letter that he should take back to the manager. We wanted refund or a new room. Only 6/11 rooms was operating. The room was so bad that we decided to change hotel after only 3/7 days. We still have not heard back from the hotel regarding refund for the last 4 days. The manager has not contacted us as we were promised. Hotels.com should take this hotel off their page! We documented everything with photos/video

Needs renovation
The hotel is extremely bad maintained. Everything is in bad shape and i urgent need of renovation, not even close to 5 star quality. No services except for breakfast was available. No restaurant, No bar, No massage, No roomservice. There was one guy who did everything at the hotel (No shame on him) but you cant run a 5 star hotel with just one employee. The views are still amazing but wouldnt recomend anyone to pay 350-400 usd for this.

Great place for a quiet and relaxing vacation. Walking distance to the beach and the villas have amazing views. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Very badly maintained property. They just have 7 villas and that too have not been maintained. Not sure it could be that they didn’t have enough capital during covid. We saw dead lizards and cockroaches the moment we entered villa. After a day, we saw hundreds of ants swarming the place. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all especially for the price point. The only acceptable aspect is the view from the pool.

Very nice private property. My wife and I enjoyed our stay in the Honeymoon suite, very nice view with big private pool. Property conditions need to be look into, furnishing is back dated. Small details like blood stain on bed linen shouldn’t be present to guest. Blood stains also can be found on mosquitoes net. Without picking on small details, overall stay was good.

Amazing views – disappointing breakfast
Very private and exclusive place with amazing views. Staff was good but would've expected more friendly customer service. Dinner and lunch menu was good but (not extraordinary) and pricy. Breakfast was a disappointment and didn't not match the overall quality of the place.

Villa was clean & spacious with a beautiful view. Had a problem with the aircon a few times but always got resolved eventually. Amazing sunset view 😍 Only negative is there’s not many restaurant options near by.

You must stay here.
Our stay was absolutely amazing! The staff went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable and addressed any issues we had. Beautiful views, great location, clean and comfy suites, and the food and wait staff was excellent. We will stay here again!

The hotel provides one of the best view overlooking over the ocean. Just breath taking. We was also upgraded to the two bedroom ocean view villa during our stay.

숙박시설이 차량이 없으면 이동하기에 애매한 거리에 있어요. 오토바이나 차량렌트를 추천드려요. 호텔 벤이 있긴한데... 편의점 갈때나 간단하게 뭘 먹고 올때다 할려고 하면 귀찮아요. 호텔 시설은 정말 최상이에요!

Excellent area if you prefer a fine balance between quietness and small amount of tourists. 11 rooms in total absolutely made this a very private stay without having it be too lonely. Amazing staffs; the manager is courteous and professional. Love the in room amenities.

Hotellin henkilökunta oli miellyttävää ja palvelu oli hyvää. Saapuminen kohteeseen ei mennyt suunnitelmien mukaan, koska hotellin vahvistama kuljetus ei koskaan saapunut lentokentälle ja tunnin odotuksen jälkeen otimme itse taksin kentältä ja ajoimme hotellille. Hotellin tilat ja yleiskunto eivät hintaan nähden olleet odotuksia vastaavat. Ensimmäinen yö oli todellinen katastrofi kun havaitsimme aamuyöstä sänkymme vilisevän pieniä ötököitä, jotka olivat ehtineet puremaan ja saimme kärsiä useamman päivän kymmenistä kutiavista paukamista. Kun näytimme kuvia ja videon vilisevistä ötököistä sängyssä petivaatteet vaihdettiin ensimmäisen yön jälkeen ja ötököistä päästiin eroon. Kokonaisuutena emme olleet tyytyväisiä hotellin laatutasoon.

We were recently visiting the property for 3 nights as part of our honeymoon. Let me start of by saying the food/staff were amazing. The rooms are showing of age and might be in process of renovation since half the property was closed off during our stay. The hotel is in close proximity to some decent eateries and bars. If you are interested in tour bookings then do it outside of the property as hotel charges 3 times the price. Other than that an amazing honeymoon.

入住家庭頂級villa，當天抵達無迎賓人員在門口接待 須自行走到lobby CI，房內空間大而舒適，沐浴室的水壓不穩 乎大乎小 忽冷忽熱 小孩因此被燙且嚇到，跟房務反映未見改善，健身房很陽春，如遇到婚禮還無法使用，原因是健身房擺放婚理用品，這些缺點期待改善。優點是早餐現點作非常美味、海天一線泳池。

we feel disappointed. view a bit great but room is dirty and old. Air-con not working good so make room too hot. at first we parking in front of hotel but no anyone come we have to find the way walking to reception by ourselves. Staff are not helpful we try to think maybe low seasons and have one Chinese couple were marriage there in that time so they too busy for prepare but we paid too high price for 1 night so we can expected for the great service and helpful staff in 5 stars hotel.I never have this experience in 5 star hotel in Phuket before. i thought should to get only 4 star for this place. thanks!

Feeling like a superstar
Zalig hotel met hele mooie tuin. Heel private villa's met ongelooflijk mooi uitzicht en prachtige infinity Pools. De baai van Kata Noi is nog heel mooi en niet zo druk als die van Kata Yai. Geweldig ontbijt dat je beter niet op de kamer neemt want dan kan je onbeperkt bijbestellen. Wil je toch even aan de rust ontsnappen ;-), dan ben je op enkele minuutjes stappen bij de winkeltjes, restaurants en bars. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ideaal voor een romantische trip met twee...je waant je de koning en koningin voor enkele dagen.

I think if you just accept you are paying for the amazing view and pool then you will overlook all the little things that others have mentioned in their reviews. We had the garden villa which was great until there is a wedding then u have people looking in and drones flying whilst you are swimming and sun bathing which didn't really bother us but may be an issue for those who want privacy. The in room breakfast is great. The only negative I have is that other than the front door no other doors lock so the balcony doors are open which makes you feel vulnerable as the garden villa is easily accessible to anyone from outside. Overall the amazing view and the pool makes it worthwhile to visit and if you get the right room you will definitely want to return!

Love the infinity pool
The infinity pool is awesome. We spent 2 nights and everything is great. Hotel staff are nice and helpful. It is closed to the Kata Noi Beach. But my husband and I love our infinity pool the most. The view is spectacular. The breakfast is super good!!!! So yummy... However, the bathrooms smells a little bit and we don’t know where is it come from. We informed the hotel staff, it got better, but still the same the next morning. Hope they improve in that area. The unlucky thing is my husband got a lot of mosquito bites, but I don’t have any... I guess it is typical in the tropical area..

從酒店走十分鐘左右就到很多餐廳的地方，周近也有便利店與藥房。我們入住的房間景觀很好，也十分寧靜。唯房內的設備比較舊，而且亦十分多蚊，建議準備蚊香及蚊怕水。其他都很好，早餐美味。

Beautiful villa over the water, very private
We stayed here for our 20th wedding anniversary in July/August, and it was amazing! We had a garden villa that was gorgeous and had a huge private infinity pool overlooking the water. We were a little worried going to this area during the rainy season, but the weather was beautiful! On our 2nd day there, our AC stopped working in the bedroom. The hotel immediately sent someone to check it out, but they were unable to repair it that day. Our other room in the villa has great ac, so the staff brought in 2 beds to make a king bed for us in the living room. It was great. They would have offered to move us to another villa but they were fully booked. They had the AC fixed the next day. The staff were always going above and beyond and everyone was so nice. They only have one restaurant at the hotel but the food is great. During rainy season you can't access the water from the hotel due to high tide on the rocks below, but Kata and Kata Noi beach are both within a few minutes walk. My husband even took a surfing lesson at Kata Beach. The hotel also took us on a guided tour in their private van up to the lookout point on the island and around town due to our troubles with our AC. We would highly recommend Impiana Private Villas Kata Noi!

My wife and I felt very comfortable and relaxed at Impiana. Having your own private pool with the view of the ocean is amazing. The staff was the BEST! We will definitely go back again.

Great Villa, but poor maintenance.
We went Phuket for honeymoon and we booked the Honeymoon Villa. Excellent staff, kitchen, etc. The only complain I have is the engineering team is poor in maintaining the room, some lights in the pool were not working, light switches are not according to labeled, bedside lamp was in poor condition, bath tub has chips in the tub, and inconsistent water pressure. We informed the front desk about those problems since day one of our stay, and it remained unchanged on the day we checkout.
