Visité solo una vez el restaurant, nos trataron pésimo, el mesero empujó a mi hijo y nunca se disculpó, nunca me llevaron la cuenta; hasta que me fui a buscarla a la barra pero eso no me impresionó luego del trato que me dieron en el check in. "Very convenient location near the airport. The rooms were large, modern, and very well kept. The buffet breakfast was excellent with a great variety of options, and the food at the bar was also very good. The room amenities were thoughtful and high quality. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful throughout the stay. Would definitely stay here again."

"The staff were helpful. There was a problem with the shower...the water was very hot and could not be adjusted. I had to have someone come to adjust the water. The water was also slow to drain while showering. They did offer to change the room. It was ok."

"Very good hotel. The staff were very friendly and polite. Just stayed one night prior to our flight home the following day. Hotel shuttle service was on time. Very nice restaurant with a good selection on the menu. Would definitley would stay again"

"The main appeal here is the proximity to the airport. And the breakfast is decent. It's so close to the airport you could walk it in 30 minutes. I took a bus as one appeared as I walked out of the hotel the morning I was leaving. The area around the hotel is fine but nothing special though there are some decent restaurants. Staff was very helpful. Guy named Rafael I think was very enthusiastic."

"The hotel itself is pretty, but it isn't comfortable. The headboards make it hard to relax and it's not in a great area. I picked it because it was "near" the airport, only it actually is still 20 minutes by car and on top of that their "amenity" of a free shuttle to the airport I couldn't ride except three hours too early or after my flight took off. Kind of diminishes the whole amenity part of it. Lots of construction, not many restaurants around. Wasn't horrible, wasn't great."

"My room was right over a patio where people were talking loudly until 12 PM. They also play paddle outside until after 11 the room was clean and everything worked. The Wi-Fi was high-quality. The bed was quite firm, but OK the air conditioning unit needs to be cleaned as it gave me terrible allergies when it was on, I had to turn it off.
