"The hotel is in a great location on the river and the staff were extremely welcoming. I stopped in one of the cottages, the room needed a bit of TLC and some new furniture. The water didn't drain properly so you had to keep stopping the shower. The chair in the room had so many stains, I generally avoided it. The breakfast was great, but when you looked under the tables there was food on the floor and it wasn't from breakfast."

The staff were very helpful and friendly both on check in and in the bar later. The room was clean with a comfortable bed and was very quiet. We did not have breakfast so am unable to comment on the food. "
