The room was great and spacious. Bedding sheet is not confortable and too small. Only 2 single duvets were put in the room of 3 people, so had to share a single one at 2. Plenty of safe parking and great location to town.

Excellent hotel, rooms are spacious, good bathroom. Beds are comfortable for Turkey. Extra pillows provide pn request. Staff are particularly attentive and helpful in all aspects with good command of English. Breakfast is very good and will keep you going all day. Breakfast staff are lacking in attention to detail. Having to regularly asking for, bowls, cups, cutlery, tea, milk, yogurt etc. Which is a bit painfully everyday. Otherwise, its better than most that I've beenbto in Kaṣ. Would I book again at the Payam. Definitely Yes. Thank you

De badkamer stonk best wel erg naar riolering. Het ontbijt werd na 10.00 uur niet meer bijgegevuld, wat ik niet gewend ben van andere hotels waar ik heb overnacht. In de foto's denk je dat het ontbijt gedeelte met het uitzicht ook als lobby dient, echter behoort deze ruimte na 11.00 uur tot een restaurant. Er is dus geen lobby beschikbaar in deze hotel.

Worth the visit!

My room, 833, had a horrible smell coming from the bathroom. Same with my family also staying in a room just one floor below. They came to work on both rooms stating it was an issue with the building being older. They came almost immediately and checked/cleaned. It smelled great for 24 hours but was back to the same issue the day after. Honestly, the customer service at this hotel made up for that issue. They were great. I appreciated they spoke English because my Turkish isn’t great at all. Always friendly and willing to help. Would stay here again but I’ll ask for a different room/building if possible. Great view of the ocean, breakfast spread is impressive and the entire hotel property is very idyllic. Parking is tricky. Be sure to note they have a private parking lot that requires you to call them to open the gate each time you want to enter or exit. Very safe!

Bu otelde konaklamamız harikaydı. Otele vardığımız andan itibaren resepsiyondaki güler yüzlü karşılama ve sabırla yapılan detaylı bilgilendirme bizi çok memnun etti. Deniz manzaralı odamız son derece konforluydu; her gün düzenli olarak tertemiz yapıldı. Kahvaltıyı denize karşı yapmak ise başlı başına mükemmel bir deneyimdi, çeşitler oldukça yeterliydi. Konum olarak da gerçekten kusursuz: otelin restoranı, yakınındaki diğer restoranlar, hemen karşısındaki beach derken ihtiyaç duyabileceğiniz her şey elinizin altında. Neredeyse hiç bir yere gitmeden bile tatilin keyfini doyasıya çıkarabiliyorsunuz. Biz çok beğendik, kesinlikle herkese tavsiye ederiz :)

This is a hidden gem of a property. The staff is so kind and professional. They go out of their way to make sure your vacation is memorable. The food is fantastic- the daily breakfast is great. The location is in a quiet section of town (5 minute walk to town) with direct views of the Aegean Sea. Free access to the Leymona beach club, allows you swim in the sea. Best of all this property seems to be run by mostly females, empowering women in the town.
