"This was our second time staying at joy island and we will continue to come annually.
Staff and service is always extremely welcoming and helpful.
This time round the buggy service was a bit slow which was a little disappointing but it was quite busy.
Our server Alisha at palm beach was amazing.

"WOW WOW WOW! PICKLEBALL IN PARADISE. We have just spent 10 days here and all I can say is its amazing. The island is beautiful the rooms are great, the food is excellent and the staff are brilliant. When travelling to the Maldives I choose the resort to stay in based on the reef and snorkelling but this one was different as my wife asked for Kagi Maldives due to it having a pickleball court. "Our stay was amazing and it was difficult to leave. The overwater bungalow suite was really nice. My husband and I even did shark watching at night. Yes, there were baby sharks! All the staff were so nice! Look for Sattar if you need a professional photographer. The F & B team led by the female manager (apologies for not remembering her name) were all on point. Pasta guy behind the station took us back to Italy again with his carbonara! "

とてもスタッフの方達も親切にしてくださって、素敵な時間を過ごしました。
ヴィラから降りてすぐの海もとても綺麗で、魚が沢山見れました!
日本語が話せるZAKIさんがいるので、宿泊中も何一つ不安がなく過ごせました。
レストランもとても美味しく、Imaii,Madu,Hussain,Beem,Reehan,Saman,Afagが英語話せない私たちにも、コミュニケーションとろうと、簡単な英語や日本語の単語で話しかけてくださり、とても居心地よく過ごすことができました。
また、フロントのZaki,Esther,Rasheed全てのスタッフの方達がとても親切にしてくださりました。
日本人で、英語が不安な人たちにもとてもオススメなホテルです!!
ロケーションも海も全てがとても良かったです!

"We had a wonderful stay at Villa Nautica!! The resort was beautiful, our over water villa was perfect! There were no bugs or creepy crawlers at all!! Ifraaz, Pervez and Dewi helped make our stay outstanding, as they went above and beyond to provide superior service! The food was delicious and the resort offered a variety of food options!"
