"Everything was great except the air conditioner. Thermostat cuts off when temp is reached stopping the blower. Can get really stuffy at night. Could really do an upgrade! However excellent communication with the provided email and tech support came up very next morning to explain. "

"It is my second time staying at a Mimaru property in Osaka, and reason for my return is that the hotel offers very spacious rooms suitable for small groups and location is always close by to dining and shopping. "Travelled with a total of 4 pax and the room is spacious as compared to many other hotels which I have stayed in Japan. Mimaru is also within walking distance to the famed Shinsaibashi-Suji Shopping Street. There are also plenty of amenities, which make it very convenient for travellers. The staff is also friendly and service-oriented. "

"Location is okay. Within 15 mins. walk to market. However, not very clean overall. Duet has stains, air conditioning is noisy when in low fan. Space is limited. Entrance corridor lights are dim. Communication with owner is not ideal. He/she even thought we'd arrive the day after & mixed up the date that we 'd depart. As we only stayed 2 nights & on next destination. It's barely ok but would not revisit again."

"Had a great time staying here and the host company were fantastic and were very helpful in us getting our luggage transferred, but I did feel the advert was slightly misleading as this is more of an apart-hotel than a straight hotel, with no reception or anything like that so be aware of that if it makes a difference to you. That said I really enjoyed our time here."

"The apartment is very clean and the hotel Staff is so nice! Even the Area where the Hotel is located at is amazing, because you can reach for example Namba or Dotonbori in 10-15 minutes by walking. We enjoyed staying there and if we ever come back to Osaka we will going to stay there again. "
