"Clean rooms and helpful staff"

"My room was lit all night by an outside swimming pool light. I didn't sleep. I checked out at 3 am. I demand a refund."

"The hotel was great starting with the staff being accommodating and having a good attitude. The breakfast was good, just needed more fruit and possibly a salad option for those who do not eat meat. Lastly, the room was great! The bath tub needed the no slip markers to prevent accidents. Thank you for a great stay! Dr. Anderson"

"Been going to this property every year, we were on the third floor and the elevator was not working. The stairwell was filthy, the entryway had spilled liquid on it and was not cleaned the whole three days we were there. On E comforter had a big dirt stain on it, poorly maintained property."

"The room had an funky odor, the floors were sticky, and after showering and walking about the room for a bit our feet were dirty black, the breakfast was either toast or cereal, the hotel as a whole was unclean, and the signage was gone out front of the building which made locating it difficult, also in the room the television came on but couldn't get any stations to come in. We will not be returning. We tried to express our disappointment, but management chose to disagree and sent us away...

"This is the worst VRBO our family has ever stayed at. Host changed the duplex a couple of hours before our arrival. The new unit was uncleaned with some linens still wet in the washing machine. It had a room that had no light, old moldy food, cabinets without fronts, windows without coverings, a screen door ripped off, & beds that were very nasty and stained. Garbage wasn’t taken out from the last guest. They only provided 3 towels (that need to be washed) when we reserved for 6. Host absolutely...
