"I was there 3 nights we were 3 adults first night was fine the next night we walked in to a room that the blankets had just been tossed back on the bed had not been made the counter in the washroom was not wiped down and we had one set of towels missing this was at midnight ! However the next morning on my way out I mentioned it to the front desk and it got resolved"

Also a man from bc truck was stolen out of the parking lot while I was there…they rent out the pool everyday afternoon to late evening for children’s swimming lesson but don’t mention that anywhere so basically you can only use the pool half the time and it’s full of kids pee. homeless drug addicts everywhere and a pet friendly hotel that charges a 25$ pet fee per day but has staff that are afraid of dogs so they don’t...

"An economical, "no frills" stay in Calgary. I had a single Queen bed room & it was pretty small but it had a balcony. Bed & bathroom seemed clean enough. Reasonable rate. no elevators. There was a small refrigerator & TV (use your own subscriptions for watching) The mall is only a couple of blocks away & the neighborhood seems safe enough. The entrance/exit can be a little tricky.
