"Our apartment was wonderful and the staff were great. We speak only a little Spanish, so having the desk staff being able to communicate with us in English was helpful. The entry for our first floor room was in the alley, but I think almost all the other rooms were from the inside of the building. "

They provided all the basics, but there were no slippers in the room, and the shower was broken. The staff wasn't very friendly; it seemed they didn't appreciate me pointing out the hotel's shortcomings, which definitely don't make it a 4-star hotel. "Had standard room, clean, appeared well maintained, hotel facilities as described. Good location for transport, town centre, 10-15mins walk to beachfront & marina. Despite near busy part town, didnt notice much outside noise."

"Sehr schöne Unterkunft, super Lage. Die Zimmer sind in sehr gutem Zustand und sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Leider kann ich nichts zum Pool sagen, da es zu kalt war. Alles in allem habe ich mich sehr wohl und sicher gefühlt und komme gerne wieder."

"Great accommodation in a perfect location for the city. Lovely breakfast next door at Madness cafe. The hotel had very accommodating staff. Early check in of luggage offered and storage on checkout. Room had windows that cancelled noise on the street. Only complaint toilet seat in room 4 not great "
