The room is functional and comfortable, everything you need for a stay. Bathroom well appointed with a great shower. Breakfast in the cafe next door with good menu choices. On site staff super helpful, even though it is all supposed to be online. Parking in Brighton is difficult and expensive so see if you can sort it out before you...

"I stayed here during a work trip and needed somewhere practical and well-located. Overall, a mixed experience with clear positives and a few issues. The location is excellent, within easy walking distance of the seafront, the pier, and central spots. If you’re driving, park on the outskirts or take the train as overnight parking nearby is expensive and hard to find. Staff were helpful and polite.
