"Every staff member I encountered was friendly and helpful. Very clean room with lots of space. I was surprised that the resort did not allow guests to bring outside alcohol to the rooms."

"The room was clean but we found a can of Mountain Dew behind the sofa. Make me wonder if the room was cleaned or not, maybe someone just had forgotten to pick the can up. Great A/C. Building looked like it was renovated but at least it was renovated correctly. Elevator was slow. Wish the pool was opened longer like 10pm. Staff was great. Parking wasn’t bad , didn’t have to worry about my vehicle. Breakfast was what you expect. I’d stay here again"

"I was there to attend a wedding. When I was going to shower to get ready on a Saturday afternoon the water had been turned off. What an awful time to turn off the water. Construction was taking place and I hadn’t been made aware of it. That caused the pool to be closed. I would have liked to know all this as I would have gone elsewhere."

"If your just wanting a cheap room to sleep and shower then this is ok. Dusty room, no hot water (just luke warm), thin walls (can hear the neighbors, small tv (32 inch), no amenities, no ice machine, no drink or snack machine, elecator was down one day, and you had to ring a bell for front desk service. Breakfast was cereal and granola bars which was completely gone by 8am"

"First night my room on third floor had no running water in the shower. The handles on the water faucets in the bathroom broke. I went down to 1 floor with faucet knob and was told to go to another room on the same 3 floor on the other side of the building. New room 360 had a running shower but when it came to turn off the shower it kept running. Microwave almost sparked a fire when I attempted to warm up microwave popcorn. "You are paying $50ish for a room in Albuquerque. You should expect what you pay for. The clerk was SUPER kind and helpful. They are very aware of the homeless situation and wish they had answers. The parking lot was very secure and covered by cameras. We left our vehicle safely for two days. The rooms are spacious enough and the tub and toilet were clean. The motel seems older and well-used.
