Villa Motel at Manitou Springs

"Absolutely no complaints. The property is slightly dated but extremely clean and well maintained! The room was great, the shower was great, the bed was very comfortable,,,,etc.... Breakfast was a bit meager, but the price represents that. The lady working the front desk was very friendly and offered advice on where to go for dinner/drinks, etc... Locally owned and wonderful! I promise you, I will be back!!"

"The rooms and the property were clean and well maintained. They is no staff on property but the instructions emailed to me where easy to understand. The location is so convenient to things that we had planned. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again and again."
