"The staff is great and helpful. For an obviously older motel, it was still clean and comfortable. It could use some updating but it’s not dire. It’s quite loud, so bring earplugs for sleep, especially if you’re on the first floor. There’s no soundproofing. The location is one mile from downtown Manitou restaurants and shops, so it is walkable depending on the individual. We wished we were a little closer, but the walk was fine. Would stay here again!"
