I had a great time at Pikes Peak inn. Very central location, I could walk around town to all the stores, restaurants, and bars easily. Manitou springs is a very lovely town as well, so being in the heart of it was great. Easy access to the Pikes Peak Cog railway, red rock canyon, and garden of the gods. Everything was contactless, despite no direct contact with the host, it was a very pleasant stay and everything was made very easy through online communication.

There were no bedding for the pull out sofa bed. Had to call the police around midnight for unruly guests above us. It was a convenient spot for an event. Definitely not worth the $220 for the night! It is an unmanned hotel and doesn't even offer a continental breakfast. If you need something right away on property, it takes a phone call to somewhere in the US! Very displeased for $220.

I can't believe how modern and walkable this little place is for the price! The rooms seem to be newly renovated, and the having a separate sitting area (couch and coffee table) was a bonus. I would love to stay here again, for a longer visit next time.

Pikes Peak Inn was everything it advertised it was and more. We were within walking distance to downtown, all the shops and so many restaurants to choose from. Eli, our room attendant was such a sweetheart! I needed extra pillows, and she appeared immediately. The rooms were renovated and spotless. If you want a convenient, well kept, very clean place to stay, Pikes Peak Inn is your place to stay.
