They had towel warmers in the bathroom and even a shoehorn The breakfast was big with a lot of choices, unfortunately not a lot of American type breakfast food. I mean salami and oiled vegetablesIt was all good, just different. The only complaint was the carpet in the halls and room was modern to the point of extreme. "Beautiful hotel, 1st class amenities, great food, attentive staff in lobby and restaurant. I would give this 5 stars but we had a bag of small items and jewelry we had purchased at gift shops stolen from our room (probably cleaning staff) leaving the experience tainted."

"Great location for sites. However, staff were not helpful when asking any questions or friendly at check-in. Had to have windows open to cool since cooling system was not on yet. Remodeling was going on in the hotel so you occasionally had paint odors or had to walk thru areas under work. "
