"I arrived from the airport to the hotel at 3AM! They had a room ready for me but the lights were off the shower didn’t have water and the air conditioning wasn’t working because. Of a power outage! They then moved me to another room that had all the same problems as the first room. I couldn’t sleep there it was 38 degrees Celsius in the room which is 100 Fahrenheit! I asked to leave at 6 am and they refused to open the gates of the hotel until I paid them! I had to argue and fight with them to...

"AC did not work and they couldn’t fix it. The water pressure was also extremely low which made it hard to shower and even flush the toilet. There was an awesome guy working 24/7 who was trying to solve all problems. Thumbs up to him. "

"The last review of this property was over two years ago, and I’m not sure where the photos were taken from. Dark, damp and mouldy facilities. Bucket and mop in shower and no toilet paper. I had to leave within the first hour of arriving. There was no mention that this place is a public place for turtles, and there were strangers sitting at your front door. Just did not feel well with the odour in the room. I just hope the turtles have better accommodations."
