Perfect from start to finish.

Great stay. Staff were very helpful and professional. Room was comfortable, clean and quiet, with a nice view of the castle. We enjoyed the complimentary spa facilities, using the indoor pool, sauna and steam room. Breakfast was excellent, with large choice of hot and cold dishes to choose from. Also a good selection of cereals, breads and pastries. We didn’t eat dinner at the hotel restaurant which we regret, as we seen the menu when leaving breakfast. Menu was varied and looked reasonably priced. When driving into town the hotel was very easy to find. It has a small car park out front, plus an underground car park.

A PLEASANT SURPRISE

After my previous night’s unsatisfactory accomodation, I breathed a sigh of relief when I walked into my room. Park Dedeman is a very comfortable hotel. It has everything you would expect from a 4 star hotel. Comfortable, clean, great location, and the shower was amazing. It was a pity that we only stayed for one night, and I would definitely stay here again.

Orada resepsiyon da çalışan Mine hanım sürekli yetersiz kaldığı konular için bahane üretiyor. Mesela up garde yapmaması nedenini delux oda yok dedi. İnternette var diye görüminğyor dediğim zaman tüm delüx odaların sigara içilir oda olduğunu söyledi. Daha bir çok bahane otel ücreti hakkında oda seçiminde ses çok dediğimde diğer cephe soğuk oluyor dedi. Gerçekten pes dedim. Mine hanım sanırım. Uzun siyah saçlı genç bir hanım. Çok kötü yönetiyor haberiniz olsun.

Kar tatili icin konaklama imkanı bulduk. Otele geldigimizde rezervasyon yaptigimiz odaya gectik ancak -2 derece sogukta oda sicakligi 13 dereceydi. Inanilmaz soguktu ve kilima calismiyordu. Ariza giderilmeye calisildi ancak sonuc alinamadi . Buna karsilik lobideki gorevli Merve hanim ve nobetci mudur Hakan bey bizimle konuyla ilgilenip aninda aksiyon aldilar. Bizi yeni bir odaya aldilar ve cok ilgilendiler. Baslangicta olumsuz gelisen konaklama surecimiz Hakan bey ve Merve hanim sayesinde olumlu sonuclandi bunun icin gorevli personellere tesekkur ederiz. Otelin musteri konaklama saatinden once oda isisini hazir hale getirmesini onemsiyoruz,umariz bir sonraki konaklamada bu tatsiz olay tekrarlanmaz.
