"Overall very relaxing stay. Location is close to Brugge. Staff extremely helpful and guided us through. Breakfast was good with lots of hot options. Boys used the Table tennis and pool table. There’s basket ball court too. Room was a bit compact for us but after we aired it seemed ok to us. Parking available onsite free with security code. Our room was away from the motorway so I couldn’t hear any noise. But they provided ear plugs."

"Beautiful hotel with intricate interior throughout which is a wonderful setting to base a stay in Bruges. The hotel is run by John and Michael who are the most incredible hosts, with nothing too much trouble and an incredibly warm welcome. We arrived late on a Friday evening but we're greeted and shown to our room with lots of information about the city. The breakfast is excellent, with lots of choice and high quality fresh ingredients from yoghurt, fruits, granola, breads and pastries, eggs...

"Staff welcoming, room lovely. What let it down was a king bed that was very soft ( sunk hugely on one side ) and the frustration of getting to the front door to deposit bags and check in. With roads closed to cars and one way roads I ended up leaving my husband a few streets away and walking with my bags alone to find the hotel. Then I found out there was basement parking but you need to check in first to get the code! Not super helpful. More communication would avoid frustration! "

The bar in the hotel was a nice, quiet place to end the day in a town that can be rather full of people. The breakfast room is in a lovely room downstairs and the food was all delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a visit to Bruges. "

"Lovely location on the canal. We got a room looking out to the Belfry, large room with real fire and jacuzzi bath. Bar area really nice. Didn’t have breakfast. A little dusty in places and mattress far too soft. Overall enjoyed our short stay but firmer mattresses needed."

"Sehr sauberes Hotel mit einer angenehmen Atmosphäre. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Service in der Bar – die Kellner waren äußerst bemüht und aufmerksam. Die Drinks waren hervorragend und mit viel Sorgfalt zubereitet. Auch das Frühstück hat überzeugt: lecker, vielfältig und individuelle Wünsche wurden problemlos erfüllt. Insgesamt ein sehr empfehlenswerter Aufenthalt."
