Das Wasser war für die Jahreszeit (Oktober) zu kalt zum Baden. Aber laut Betreiber sollen nächstes Jahr ein Teil der Pools mit Wärmepumpen ausgestattet werden. Staff are very helpful and friendly, also the room was very clean. There are next to the mall buss stop where you can board a free city buss which take to the city center. "

"We had an excellent stay! We were celebrating a special occasion and we were lucky enough to get a free room upgrade. The staff were very courteous, friendly and helpful. We even got free access to the spa (jacuzzi and saunas). The breakfast was also delicious and well presented. The room was spacious and very clean. The location is great too as it is a short walk to the main square with lots of shopping and restaurants. Highly recommended hotel and would definitely stay here again! "
