"Olga was very kind and helpful and gave us good suggestions for things around town. The beds were extraordinarily comfortable. I wish someone had suggested we hike the nature trail heading north --- we did a quick run thru just before we left, and it is wonderful. Our stay in a castle (?fort? ?convent?) was wonderful. Lovely, peaceful and relaxing."

"Beautiful, small, and well maintained. Casa Vincke is located very close to the beach and delightful bars and restaurants. Check in was very easy (for those used to boutique hotels without a formal front desk), and check out was perfectly easy as well. Will definitely be returning."

"Friendly and welcoming staff who speak good English and were quick to respond via message prior to our stay. Great location and plenty of nearby free parking. The room was stylish however not much space for luggage/items. Although the room came with a kettle and pod espresso machine, it was disappointing that the coffee pods were not replenished, and even the cups and sauces were not replaced after being clearly used. Also, although the air conditioning was great, a fridge would have been...

"Average stay with dishonest staff. We booked a double room (1 double bed for 2 people), but were given a twin room (2 single beds for 2 people) instead. When we raised this with staff, they said the hotel only had twin rooms, but we then noticed that one of the rooms being cleaned was a double room! Two other things that were quite bad: (1) the swimming pool is very small and has very few seats next to it, and (2) the vending machine will take your money and won’t give you what you paid for"

"Hotel is beautiful and bartender was a nice, older gentleman. Beach view impeccable! The front desk staff however with the exception of Paula were just dry. Not friendly or inviting. At one point there were 3 of us waiting to check in and a women sitting behind the desk continued her paper work. Customer service should always come 1st."
