"Lovely room small but adequate situated above a real old pub which was very welcoming no parking on site but a car park was within 150 metres fantastic English breakfast at very reasonable prices "

"There was only 1 fault we could find and that was drinking in the bar, extortionate prices.Apart from that 1st class across the board .Would definitely book there again but drink in the local pubs Ship Inn ,Schooner ,Black Swan ect ."

"Lovely, clean room (Muckle). Very friendly and helpful staff. Just a few little niggles, such as the tv remote had no cover over the batteries and didn’t work properly as a result. No coffee machine or mini fridge, both pretty standard these days, even in much less expensive rooms. The decor, both room and hotel generally, is really nicely done, and overall, we had a lovely stay. No better recommendation than to say we would definitely stay there again. "
