There was a good sea view of Concarneau, but the free parking was some distance away and the car couldn’t be seen from the hotel. There was a somewhat unpleasant smell going up the stairs to the room, but the room smelt ok. There was a busy restaurant downstairs which we ate at which was quite good. "Staff were friendly and that's about the only good thing I can say, the carpets in the common areas are filthy, there was no hot water for a shower and we were woken up at 1am by loads of drunk guests shouting. I got about 3 hours sleep. Wouldn't recommend."

"We had a really good stay here, check in was simple (although beware of the limited reception opening hours to avoid issues), apartment was comfortable, clean, & cosy. Great location just near the beach & cafes. Pool, steam room and sauna were good. "
