"Daniele was the best desk supervisor we’ve ever encountered. She responded to our email when we were arriving later than expected. Then was so kind because she knew it was a long travel day for us! They stop taking orders at the bistro at 9:15 pm but the staff were so kind to take our order right at 9:15 pm because she knew we were weary travelers. The bistro was so convenient with a great menu, especially breakfast. You can alternatively pay for the buffet in the restaurant if you pay ahead....

We had booked breakfast, my husband and I both thought that it wasn’t worth the price, scrambled eggs were cold, sausages were cold didnt have bacon as it was very greasy looking. A continental breakfast might be the option you could go for, but not sure if there are different prices for breakfast?"

"We booked it for the advertised roof terrace. It had been closed down for some time I did broach this as an equally good hotel was almost €200 cheaper. It advertised the only roof terrace but I feel that was missold to us and thought it should have been dealt with The Sophie restaurant is ok"

"We had a lovely spacious room. Very comfortable bed! The shower was fantastic. There was plenty of bathroom space to put your "stuff". Breakfast was good. Our only issue was that there was no airflow in the room. I understand no A/C, given the climate. But a fan would help to move the air."

"Great hotel. Room was compact but well equipped with everything you need. Don’t expect big closets and lots of room for luggage etc. This hotel is right in center of Dublin so great to walk to all of the attractions. I only rate it 4* because of the fact that parking is 100m away in a public carpark, and lugging cases to and fro was a bit of pain."

"Appropriately named, the room is Snug. Nice condition and right in the heart of Latin Quarter. The room is very small, no table or chair. Just a bed, bathroom and storage nook."

"the self-check in and out was easy to do via a kiosk. the place had some nice restaurants within walking distance. it was also easy to walk down to the main sites. the only problem with not having a person on site is not getting problems resolved. we were having problems connecting to the internet we tried multiple times trying to connect. when we tried reaching out to them i could not get my WhatsApp to respond. and when trying to call it just rang and couldn't leave a voice message. i tried...

"Check in went well, we obtained our key cards via the machine without problem. The location was excellent, close to the Latin quarter with the lively shops and restaurants. We slept well in the bed, very comfortable. The one complaint concerned the bathroom. Every time we used the sink, we were overwhelmed with a sewage smell which lasted and lingered throughout our stay (3 days). We had to keep the bathroom door closed and the bathroom fan on for our entire stay in order to manage the...

"AMAZING location. Great for if you’re planning on hitting the town and want somewhere near night life and super walkable. Ambiance from the Latin Quarter was great. Saw reviews of it being too loud, but it was really quiet with the windows closed so not sure what that’s all about. Very nice staff and good continental breakfast. Absolutely would recommend"
