"This is a charming little boutique hotel, hidden away at back of a building. Although we had some difficulty entering the main gate, when we got in the staff were delightful, and went out of their way to help us. The interior design is quirky and creative. We were in the Tesla room fitted out with mementos of the famous scientist. Room was very clean and comfortable, We had a nice breakfast every morning. Location is great, easily walkable to the main sights and transport hubs."

"Avoid if you can. The staff member at night is awful. On checkout a member of the night team tried to argue with me that I hadn't paid the local tax. He was rude, this is even though I paid on check in. This is the same member of staff who would not move me to another room due to a faulty toilet making constant noise and splashing. The sink needed unblocking too. Also, there is a club nearby that pumps music until the early morning making it impossible to sleep. The bar they advertise...

"The staff was very friendly, attentive, and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good with a nice variety of options. The location is excellent, right next to Heroes’ Square and City Park. Overall, it was a very comfortable and convenient stay in Budapest."

"Nice apartment, location is quite far from the centre but good public transport links, poor communication from host initially and no reception to speak to, small issues such as the only frying pan does not actually work with the hob and we didn't have enough toilet paper or any body lotion but unable to contact reception to request, also no code for the bin store, overall a lovely place to stay and would recommend, check in is done via an email and I did not have WiFi which made this difficult...

"The hotel is in a good location for transit- close to Octagon. Lots of good restaurants in the area. Rooms are very nice with modern amenities- great shower. The only thing that stopped me from giving 5 stars was the less than enthusiastic front desk and breakfast staff. They were fine- but not welcoming or enthusiastic to make your stay special. Overall a really good hotel at a moderate price point. Would recommend for sure."

"Everything in all honesty was really good. Staff really helpful, the lady(red hair wish we'd asked her name)at breakfast made our kids packed lunch which was a life saver 3 hours later. So a huge thanks to her. The biggest let down was the later check in process. We did speak to the front desk in the morning and the explanation was details weren't readily available through Expedia when booking on Expedia. I can't see this being the case because correspondence before arrival via email, Expedia...
