"The room was exactly as described and the area of Kameari is beautiful and very friendly. There are plenty of restaurants, kombini's and even a mall and train station within walking distance. My only complaint about the room as an American is the bed and pillows being too hard for my comfort. I had to add an extra mattress pad for my preference. "Easy check-in, convenient shuttle to/from Narita, nice to have FamilyMart and restaurants on site, nice to have both indoor and outdoor pool options. We booked a Japanese style room for our family which was nice, clean, and comfortable. Some minor points for improvement would be to have additional outlets/USB outlets for charging. Otherwise this is one of the better hotels in the Narita airport area and I would happily stay here again in the future."
