"Great location to Yala park for safaris and as soon as we arrived they booked this for us and arranged that we had a breakfast to take due to the early start. Nice pool. It is a really nice hotel but looks like it hasn’t been updated in many years, such as a snooker table with many tares on it. Room could have been cleaner. At checkout the staff member asked us to review for them when we were still there which I didn’t like so didn’t do. "

The one staff was a great guy, so freindly and helpful, i was in the area to visit national park and he arranged this for me. "We had a wonderful stay at Cinnamon wild! The resort is located within Yala National park and you will see wildlife as you get to the hotel. Such a unique experience! The rooms were cosy and well maintained. The staff went above and beyond for us. Such an exceptional team at Cinnamon Wild. We were travelling with our one year old son, and they made sure that we could enjoy ourselves thoroughly. Special thanks to the waiter at dinner who blew up a balloon for our son to play with during dinner to help us mid toddler tantrum. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay. We will definitely be back 🙂"
