Excellent service from very restricted staff - chef Marco and factotum Monia. Nice comfort room. Easy access to Sarteano and Citta della Pieve as well as autostrada."

L’ospitalità di Claudio merita menzione per l’attenzione, la cordialità e la disponibilità che ci ha mostrato all’arrivo e alla partenza. Nota positiva anche alla colazione per la genuinità delle materie prime. Alla prossima volta a Paciano non ci saranno dubbi sulla scelta dell’albergo!"

"Very good location. Very clean. Nearby free parking. Breakfast was just okay. Too much unnecessary clutter and perfumery airfreshner smell in room in my opioion. Seemed totally unnecessary as rooms were spotlessly clean. Luggage rack in room would be helpful. Would definitely recommend. "

"Ho scelto l'albergo essendo vicino all'uscita dell'autostrada, per spezzare un lungo viaggio. Le recensioni degli altri, lette nel dovuto modo, sono state utili per la scelta. L'albergo è facilissimo da raggiungere. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. La camera è spaziosa, con ampia vista, pulita, in ordine, con impianto TV e condizionatore funzionanti. The host, Paulo & his family run a beautiful, historic (yet modern) boutique full-service hotel experience. Room & bathroom are incredibly well appointed. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. "Stunning property nestled in the rolling hills and vineyards near Montepulciano. Gorgeous villas with amazing amenities, beautiful infinity pool and hot tubs/spa. Excellent customer service balanced with privacy and quiet. Less than 5 minute drive to Montepulciano - highly recommend!!"

"We couldn’t have found more of a gem. This small boutique hotel in the heart of Sarteano was refurbished and done to the highest of standards. The room was so lovely so tastefully decorated and thoughtfully planned. The breakfast was amazing. Chiara and her brother are so welcoming. We travel to Sarteano often and I’m so glad we found this hotel because it will now be our only go to! Don’t miss your chance to stay here! Absolute gem! "

"Great accommodation & excellent position for walking to old town and restaurants. The lake was a short stroll away. The manager, Stefano, was excellent with helpful ideas for trips in the area. Breakfast with Gluten Free availability was perfect."

"Upstairs neighbors had kids and were noisy. I think to make this perfect, guests with young kids should be kept in the lower levels! The pool was great but the water was rather cold!"
