"The bed had passed it's life expectancy and was not very comfortable. I couldn't get any hot water from the shower. I didn't get any breakfast as I had to leave the guest house by 07:30am to go to work. Otherwise fine."

"The location was perfect, right at the top with easy access to all of the city. It had an amazing view and was quite quaint. The service was top notch. "Arrived at hotel early evening. Had problems from beginning i.e. trying to log in to pay for parking, enquiries re breakfast. Staff do not know anything about parking, restaurant and leisure facilities as they are all owned separately. Have stayed here often over previous years but sadly it has gone downhill. However, the room was clean, bed and bedding was very comfortable and bathroom/shower came with soap and toiletry sachets. We didn't get breakfast as it didn't look worth paying £14. ...
