"Definitely not a 4-star hotel. It should be rated as a 3-star property. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Chisinau. You can easily walk to the main attractions, restaurants, cafés, and even the city's central market. Unfortunately, the hotel is very noisy, especially if you get a room on the first floor, as I did. "So one of the best breakfast I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. They had wide and varied selection of just about anything you could want. Their laundry service was reasonable, and the location was within walking distance of major sites. The only down side was that the hotel didn’t have a lift, and carting your luggage up to the 4th floor can be rough."

The hotel should be 5 star rated it is small but modern elevator and systems AC and nice balcony and a nice pool small but nice also nice garden with tables you can sit work on your laptop very quiet close to center.
