"Personnel extrêmement disponible et très aidant. Nous n'y avons pas dormi car arrivés par le bus de nuit tôt le matin, mais ils sont venus nous chercher à l'arrivée du bus, le petit déjeuner nous attendait (simple mais correct vu le prix) et nous avons pu nous allonger un peu et prendre une douche avant d'aller survoler les lignes de Nazca, bien coachés par le personnel de l'hôtel."

Bedroom are large and can accommodate up to 3 beds for families, our bedroom had a balcony with pool view, large modern bathroom. Overall hotel cleanliness is always on spot. Breakfast is included. We will definely come back. By the way Felipe is a great host very attentive with great attitude at all times."

"Our stay was amazing at this resort.. the food was great and the service was really good!!! There is a Saturday show at night which was amazing!! All the areas were clean and staff was friendly. They were flexible with any changes we wanted to make with food and also you can choose buffet style or a la carta depending on how much you want to eat. We will definitely come back! "
