"The hotel was truly amazing. The location was perfect right in the middle of old town next to restaurants and a 5 min walk from the river front. The patio area was nestled in the middle of the hotel and felt like a breath of fresh air. The service was great they were extremely attentive. I also sprained my ankle and asked for some ice they had someone bring it in mins in a sealed bag so I can ice my ankle truly great hotel"

"The hotel is very charming, and the surrounding gardens are beautiful and spacious. Big swimming-pool and lots of space to relax. The city-centre is easily reachable by short Uber-ride (they also have a free transfer at the hotel). The quinta itself is stunning and has many historic features. Our room was big and the bed was comfortable, the bathroom had a decent size. However the room was slightly musty and felt a little overused - nothing to worry though. "The location of the hotel was great for walking around but not easy to access via car. The breakfast seemed like a standard among all the hotels we stayed at in Portugal. Our first room has a broken shower that would flood the bathroom. We were able to switch rooms after a few days into a room that had another broken shower. Disappointing. The bed was as hard as sleeping on the floor. Definitely not orthopedic."

"Both myself and my son have had a wonderful 5 night stay at Eden Mar Suites. We stayed on a B&B basis. Staff were always helpful. Rooms spacious and cleaned daily. Pool and bar area were beautifully maintained and with brilliant service at the poolside bar and area. Breakfast was amazing with a variety of everything including fresh fruits and salad. Service again was fantastic. It has been our first stay at Eden Mar but definitely won't be the last 😊"
