"My 2 rooms were on the ground level next to the lobby. It was noisy until late at night. The room, furniture, kitchen and bathroom were all very old. The shower was in a bad shape. The restaurant and dinner buffet had very low quality food for fairly high prices. Much nicer restaurant are all around the hotel with good food and good services. The hotel is located in a great area though."

Great communication with the staff through what's app, helped print boarding passes and booked taxi's and restaurant with them. "For our first visit to Madeira and in particular Funchal this compact apartment was in a perfect location, close to markets, shops, restaurants and transportation. The apartment was clean and well equipped. Our only observations (not complaints) were that whilst the bed was comfortable the pillows provided (2) were very soft and offered no support; there was only one mirror in the apartment (in the bathroom) a second in the bedroom area would have been useful and the only place to store/hang...

"This apartment is worth every penny! The staff were so welcoming and helped when we couldn't figure out how to drive to the apartment. We were welcomed when we arrived and they were so nice. The location is ideal. You can walk to many restaurants nearby and it's right in the center of a pedestrain area. The apartment was clean and adorable. Staff were always available if you had any questions and were so helpful. Would 10/10 stay here again and would recommend it to anyone!"
