"Hotel is beautiful lovely clean room. Staff in the restaurant were not very friendly whatsoever and can’t just buy a coffee at breakfast time and sit in your hotel without paying for a full breakfast buffet which we found really inconsiderate. We were told “that’s what your coffee machine is in your room” which is really rude seems as we wanted to pay and we’re staying at the hotel. "

"On arrival, we were given our check in card but weren’t given any information (e.g breakfast/ dinner/ gym). The rooms aren’t soundproofed i could hear conversations from neighbouring rooms. The hotel is near a supermarket and a lovely park which were fun to explore, but compared to other hotels I visited it felt a bit tired. "

"It’s a lovely hotel with endless sporting and spa facilities. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. The electric heated toilet is just incredible to behold. The only drawback was that the breakfast doesn’t open until 08:00hrs. For me on a business trip, this was too late."
