"Perfect hotel for central Hanoi. Location was perfect; 8mins walk to Old Quarters, Nite Market and Hoan Kiem. Reception staff was excellent, seated us with drinks after collecting our passport to prepare check in. Breakfast was so sumptuous and the staff were super friendly. We are coming back to stay here again after our short Sapa trip. Hotel is 8mins walk to Sapa Sleeper Limo Bus Terminal. Hotel was value for money."

"I loved this hotel! The service was amazing, probably the best I have ever had anywhere and I am well traveled. Upon arrival, Ms. Rose greeted us kindly and we were welcomed with a nice welcome drink. What I loved the best is the service from every staff member. They addressed us by our names, we were surprised that everyone remembered and knew our names. We ate breakfast that was included at the restaurant every morning and Mr. Danny and his staff was very welcoming every day. We also enjoyed the rooftop bar that had a great view of the city. And we also used the spa services for nice massages. Our room was very nice and all of the facilities around the hotel was nice. When in Hanoi, we will definitely stay here again and feel like we even made some friends with the staff. Thank you Hotel du Lac Signature for providing us excellent service!"

"Outstanding from start to finish - everything about the hotel was faultless and such value for money. Its boutique nature gives way more attention than a huge expensive Intercontinental Hotel or similar could give. Surprised me just how great a smaller hotel is - when I return, I will book again. The restaurant and rooftop bar are fantastic BTW in fact, the restaurant food was better than the one Michelin star Tam Vi in Hanoi!"
