"9階の裏側の部屋のシャワールームの排水が全く流れず5分くらいかかって不衛生でガッカリしました。 ハンドタオルが無いのは何故ですか？ 顔も手も洗ったら昨日使った湿ったバスタオルしかないのでガッカリしました。"

"The staff at Hotel Solis are all amazing, especially Liz at the front desk and the gentlemen at the entrance. Very helpful and friendly. The location is great as it's close to any food, spas or shops you are looking for to pamper yourself. Airport pickup and dropoff is helpful as well. Rooms are nice but the halls can be quite warm, as the temperature outside is. There are no room views, just neighbouring buildings that are quite run down. The rooftop bar area is a couple flights of stairs up...

"Property was ok, well located near Hoan Kiem Lake, several food options across the road from the hotel and a few roads over. Room is in need of a deep clean, I stayed in a room where the window view was internal, i.e., hall way/corridor. Walls slightly thin so I could hear people outside. Also I kept hearing a low humming sound which at first I thought was a phone but it was not as the humming would last for hours. Bottled water was not provided - as a Westerner it is not safe for us to drink...
