"Not a helpful or friendly staff. Reserved a quad room and was given a double. No partial refund, no attempt to find a comparable room. Not a shabby place to stay but could use updating."
"Had a severe problem with doors slamming most of the night .
Also some guests were completely out of control with alcohol ( hotel can’t do much) but the screaming and yelling at 11-2 am wasn’t nice..
also bring your own pillows unless you like FIRM!
So all in all we wouldn’t stay there again.."
"Our stay overall was lovely!! It was our first time staying here. We were blown away by the restaurant and the friendly staff which made our first night more comfortable and relaxing. Unfortunately there was a badly timed hiccup with our room air con which then highlighted other mechanical faults resulting in a room switch at midnight.
We weren't altogether happy as it took several attempts to alert staff who it transpired....were wearing ear phones and so werent answering numerous room calls."
"Room was a bit cramped but clean and well looked after staff are friendly and very helpful my only fault is bed is creaky when moving food is excellent all round a excellent place to stay"
"I was given a huuuuuuge corner room with windows along both sides with views of the water and the golf course. I had a couch, dining area and a king size bed. Great toiletries, robe, slippers provided. Breakfast was fantastic as well!"
"Beleek Castle is a truly special experience. The grounds are amazing - lots of beautiful woodland trails. The interior is stunning and is like a museum. The rooms are spacious and beautifully appointed. You will get a friendly welcome from owner, Paul Doran, in the dining room. Staff is very responsive and helpful. We loved this place- a really special experience."
