"An absolutely beautiful property, fantastic rooms, and fantastic staff throughout. The food and drink were also great as was the service. The location was wonderful for me and am sure others will find the same. Great job, one visit, would love to return and will go as one of the top hotels I have stayed and I have been lucky to enjoy many in my years. Huge recommendation."

"The 24 hour staff in reception were helpful and lovely -- both the men and women. The breakfast was varied and wonderful each morning including lots of fresh vegetables in addition to the usual breads, cheeses, eggs, etc. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the riverside and easy access to walking bridges to visit museums, parks, etc. The view from the balconies is not to be missed. Of course the neighborhood it is a little loud being centered close to all activities. I stayed a week and it...

"It was a nice hotel. Close to Old Tbilisi. You can walk away in 10 minutes. Hotel accommodation is fine. Breakfast is enough, but it should be improved. If you stay for more than 3 days, you need a different breakfast option. Thanks for all."

"Friendly staff, clean rooms."

"Perheomistus.Erittäin avulias henkilökunta eli ikiihanat Tamara ja Georgy! Meillä oli vielä transfer, joka toimii loistavasti ja 2 retkeä- parhaat ikinä!"

"Tolles Hotel in sehr guter Lage. Top ausgestattet und die besten Betten im Kaukasus. Sehr schön, super modern und sehr empfehlenswert."

"Nice oasis in Avkabari. Room was clean, very near the metro Avlabari station, but far enough away to not hear too much noise. Wonderful breakfast, friendly staff."

"My only issue was that I had requested a pick at the airport. At the last minute I was told pick ups were only with WhatsApp, which I don't have. I was charged an exorbitant price by a taxi, I had no other choice"

"First time ever I had to ask twice for a toilet paper and additional pillow."

"Lovely place to stay in Tbilisi. We are joining HF holidays hiking tour and booked an extra night to explore Tbilisi. The Georgian staff are the main attraction because of their kindness and friendliness. This is what most travellers hanker for when travelling in unfamiliar territories. The room is spacious and clean. Nice to have bathrobes and slippers. No gym and no swimming. Buffet breakfast nice, especially incorporating Georgian food, kachapuri. Terrace lovely but gets very warm by 8 in the...

"Super nice host. Very clean room. Nice breakfast. Highly recommended"

"Good hotel, great location but very basic amenities."

"Cute hotel. Bathroom needs some TLC but otherwise perfect hotel for a few nights in beautiful Tbilisi."

"繁華街へも数分で辿り着ける立地。旅はこうでないとね。朝食時にピアノの生演奏がある。ピアノは〈FAZIOLI〉。感動しました。"

"Alles gut."

"Convenient location and super friendly hosts!"
