Went for a week long stay with family. Was greeted warmly & had a very pleasant stay well supported by very courteous staff. Room service & house keeping were very prompt. Food was good. Breakfast spread had good variety & nicely serviced. Bar service & choice of drinks in Gurkha Bar was very good. WiFi in the room left much to be desired.
The Everest Hotel staff made me feel incredibly welcome and cared for throughout my stay.. Everyone is super helpful and cannot do enough for you. The rooms are great and it was particularly lovely to you have a comfortable bed and a hot shower after trekking.
I also loved the gym, pool and restaurant and the food was wonderful. There are many choices for different nationality foods on the menu. I loved everything I tried
There is also a spa so I booked a massage on my last day. I hope to return to this hotel next year!
Everything was amazing at the hotel. The staff was so helpful, the breakfast was delicious and the room was very comfortable.
The only suggestion for improvement that I have is to upgrade the toilets. They were kind of disgusting to look at.
Front desk staff was nice, friendly and cooperative, but room service and house keeping was pathetic.
Especially room service manager was so pathetic and arrogant and when asked for his superiors name to complaint he said he is the final boss.
I was in suit room, and when asked for coffee satchets they would send 1 or 2 and I always had to contact front desk for house keeping and room service.
Such attitude and arrogance and lack in service is not expected from 5 star property such as this.
