"When we arrived to the hotel we got a room that was dirty and crawling with ants, we tried to cancel our stay for the week due to unsanitary reasons and wanted to find alternative accomodation for the rest of our stay in Crete. "We really liked the host — he was very courteous, friendly, and pleasant, and he wanted everything to be perfect for us. It’s a very lovely family-run business.
