"Friendly and helpful staff, very in-time room cleaning, very special style"

"Staff were not the most helpful. Property is just okay.. there are several improvements that could be considered. Room is just big enough for two people."

"Clean room. VERY old towels. Ants in the room."

"Very nice room and location"

"Everything is great, luxury hotel and obviously a great stay. Superb staff"

"Very nice and convenient hotel by Changi airport. My number 1 choice."

"Lokasinya sangat strategis"

"Had a wonderful stay at PARKROYAL on Beach Road. The hotel is comfortable and in a very strategic location, but what stood out the most was the exceptional hospitality from the staff. A special thanks to Vicky, who was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond in explaining the transportation options in great detail, making our trip around Singapore much easier and more convenient. Service like this truly makes guests feel valued. Highly recommended!"

"Super love the room. Although it's small at 14 M2, the high ceiling and the full window and the efficient well layout room does not make you feel trapped in a closet with all the amenities inside. The beds in the hotel I was told has been replaced/upgraded with new ones, and extremely comfortable. I had a very good rest. I will come back to this hotel again!"
