Wir waren nun bereits zum dritten Mal im Novotel Katowice Centrum und haben uns auch bei diesem längeren Aufenthalt wieder sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Hotel überzeugt durch seine freundliche Atmosphäre, den guten Service und die angenehmen Zimmer, sodass wir immer wieder gerne zurückkehren. Lediglich das Schlafsofa könnte etwas größer sein – das wäre aus unserer Sicht die einzige kleine Optimierung. Insgesamt aber ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel, in dem wir bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal waren.

Staff training required

While check-in was great, don't expect a friendly welcome in the restaurant if you arrive after 21:00. Staff were extremely rude to say the least. Kitchen closes at 21:30 and staff are gone before 22:00, by which time the bar has also closed. Hotel is located a little out of town but has a regular bus service in the vicinity. It has a small pool and sauna but some guests might not be comfortable with the shared facilities dress code.

Bra hotel i den vante kvaliteten fra novotel

Fin beliggebhet ikke langt ifra bus, trikkenstopp eller landevei, men allikevel rolig og litt for seg. Inne i hotellet rent og fint. Meget bra utvalg på frokost og noe for alle, ril og med et eget bord med en maskin til å lage sine egne smoothie. Vi har ikke brukt bassenget. Hotellet var klimatisert og det fungerte veldig bra.

Amazing hotel

We stayed here while at a conference with my partner and son. Hotel was very clean, room cleaned everyday if you want. Lots of green incentives in the hotel with the water filter by the lifts and the trust of towels if you don't want them changed. Breakfast was excellent with lots to choose from for everyone. The gym seemed well equipped but we didn't use that. The pill and jacuzzi were both used and they were very good. All of the staff were very friendly at all times.
