"There are major problems with this listing The wellness facilities were all unavailable during our stay. It was not made clear that we would be charged for electricity and water. The amount we had to pay was iunbeluevalbly high, adding half as much as the hotel fee on top, plus linen charge. We could not use the jacuzzi, as it was filthy,; we did not use the sauna; we turned down all the radiators as we bought logs for the fire. So, it is difficult to see how the energy bill for our actual use...

"Für Kinder ist hier viel erboten und die Inhaber und Angestellten sind alle freundlich! Auch die Ferienwohnung hatte alles was man so braucht und war sauber! Das einzige was störend war, dass direkt neben unserem Zimmer eine Familie mit einem Kleinkind war, die anscheinend keine Ruhezeiten kennt und nachts auch öfter das Kleinkind schreien lassen haben...

Good - but could be better

"In general a good experience, but I got locked out of my room for 5 hours (check-out at 10 am and check-in at 3 pm), because I extended my stay by a day in advance and before comming - don't do that!, but this was not reflected or implemented in the lock for the door. I did overcome this episod with the help from friends. The reception was closed and didn't answerr my calls before it was to late. The cleaning lady was not helpful either. But I'm still a happy customer and will return any day."
