"Bed linen was clean but there was no base on the bed so the matress sagged.
Clothes dryer was in bad state - didn't dry clothes and was incredibly noisy.
No on site check in - which was advertised on the booking app.
Ok if you just need a place to sleep. "

"The reception staff were excellent as Mitch explained everything to me regarding keys and access to the building.
On leaving I had left some items in the room and I was contacted within a couple of hours. Excellent service"

Keith was wonderful. Told us the history of his home.
