"Loved the room size even as a studio it was spacious. Loved the view. Comfortable bed and linens. Shame about the lack of cutlery in the room. 1 tea spoon. At least put 2,for a double room and a knife. there’s no facilities ( no bar or cafe on the property) the market doesn’t have cutlery or plate - if you wanted to do any cheese board or a pot of yoghurt or anything you could not find a utensil. Great location, just put of Queenstown. But nice and close to Airport and good shops nearby. Apartment was well stocked with cutlery."

"It was a quick walk to shops and great food options. Parking was available on site. The staff was great when I asked questions, they were very helpful. The room was beautiful! I slept so well. I had a great stay! I would stay there again. I also used the mini fridge and the kettle."

"Spur of the moment booking. Absolutely made the best choice! Location is a short and fairly easy walk to town. Slight hill but nothing too major. Check in was amazing, we were so well looked after by the lovely lady at reception, top notch service. Room was huge! Had every heating amenity you could think of! Beautiful view from the room. They have a spa that overlooks the lake and Remarkables that you can book at the front desk, ask for extra towels. Only slight downsides, sink in bathroom...

"Came back after 9 years, the place is still magical as it is. We stayed in Pisa 1, and this place now has free wine tasting and a hot tub where we enjoyed.. Best hidden secret, ill stay here longer next time :)"

They held our bags and food leftovers for us, helped me figure out the hot drink vending machine, and were very sympathetic when I had an issue with the room lighting, even though they weren’t able to resolve it.
