"There was no prior warning of building works next door. My apartment was next to the building site so from 7am until gone 5pm it was loud and I felt over looked. The apartment is on a fairly busy road but what was much worse was the train tracks. Every 20 mins a train would go by and the noise was incredibly loud and quite long. This goes on late and starts early. With just one fan I chose to cool my children in the bedroom so either over heated with windows closed or was frequently disturbed...

"The property was very much work in progress the owner had just finished with unit we stayed in but some of the rooms were low ceilings upper floor made us bump ou heads. The driveway was full of work equipment which meant that our car had to parked in the road. No laundry facilities which was a no no."
