"Close to main station and other public transport, it ticks all what we required from our stay in Vienna, this was our 4th stay here and suits our needs, an equipped galley kitchen, comfy bed and a good shower, everything is clean and tidy and some basic cleaning supplys are there to aid you, if you like a bit of independence from something other than a bland hotel room this might suit you."

"The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. It was like an apartment! The desk staff were friendly and helpful with questions I had about train tickets and getting around Austria. The breakfast was good with a big variety of options including some gluten free items. "

La pulizia dell'appartamento è avvenuta però solo dopo 6 giorni dal nostro arrivo e dopo nostra richiesta. La manutenzione in generale è scarsa (lo zoccoletto della nostra stanza era staccato, la pulizia delle scale con 11 giorni non c'è mai stata, nessun controllo nelle aree comuni, armadio della camera dei bambini non utilizzabile perché...

"Very nice apartment hotel near the train station in Vienna. Another with self checkin, but it was straight forward enough, although no one to talk to if you did have any problems. Only downside was having my door knocked on several times by cleaners in the last day, well before checkout time, but other than that it was fine. "
