"There is no on-site parking at the hotel; parking is located at a separate property. The elevators were making serious squeaking noises, and both the room and hallway carpets had an unpleasant smell. The room itself was very small with low ceilings, and there was mold in the bathroom. Overall, the stay was a major disappointment.
The pricing also felt misleading, with hidden fees for parking and other charges adding an extra $100 on top of $300 room rate . Parking alone costs $50 per day. If you’re visiting Niagara Falls, I would recommend staying at one of the newer hotels instead. Unfortunately, Marriott International seems to be falling short of its reputation for cleanliness and quality at this property.
The staff, however, were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the rooms themselves were in very poor condition."
