"good hotel to a temporary stay"

"Hotel was fine, it was clean, the beds were comfortable. Don’t book if you are looking for an indoor pool. Signs say the pool under maintenance, but they don’t seem like they are fixing it anytime soon. The pool area is being used as a storage facility housing multiple snowblowers, and boxes everywhere. Would have been nice to know that prior to booking to give the kids something to do while it rained."

"Staff is super accommodating. I booked through a third party that said there was a pool on site. According to the lady who checked me in, they no longer have said pool. The beds could benefit from an upgrade, are firm, and springy. Breakfast had warm food options and there was a variety of selections."

"If an IKEA opened a beach motel it would look like the Surfside! Room was bare, cool and clean. The entire place (rooms and common areas) have the same flooring that was sticky no matter where you walk. If they un-sticky the floors this place is a cute little 10/10. The rest of it was really clean. People were really friendly, location is great."

"My stay at Homewood Suites was excellent! The room and bathroom were exceptionally clean and well maintained. I enjoyed the breakfast options each morning, and the fresh hot coffee available daily was a highlight of my stay. The pool area was much larger than I expected, and the extended hours made it easy to enjoy. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and I would gladly stay here again."

"The hotel Upgraded my son and his wife to a one bedroom suite. That was a nice surprise. Room was clean but upholstery needs cleaning."

"The room and all of the common areas of the hotel were very clean and decorated very well. I normally don’t like hotel artwork, but loved all of the choices here. Our room which was a two queen bed room looked great, but the bathroom door was really hard to shut and open and the view from the room was of another rooftop and the side of the other building so that was disappointing. Beds were very comfortable, but I thought the towels could’ve been nicer for a hotel of this level. I did love the...

"Staff was only positive. No value for the cost. No pluses. TV and internet (only included items) did not work properly in our room. Notified front desk, a very nice gentleman rebooted the TV but still had continued buffering while attempting to watch a movie. We could have stayed at the Hampton Inn for less and gotten breakfast."

"Front desk staff were very warm and helpful. Room was perfect. Breakfast is basic, but good, and more than what I personally need. Enjoyable stay"

"I forget the ladies name who helped me check in, but she went above and beyond for me when she saw I had 2 bookings for the same night instead of 1. Instead of having me call people, she did a few calls and handled it for me and I greatly appreciated that!"

"The bed was very uncomfortable and I believe most likely broken and my husband and I tossed and turned all night and woke up in pain. There was no conditioner or body wash in the shower containers and the air conditioning only went down to 67, but still did not cool the room. I went to the desk to check out and nobody even asked me how my stay was. I told the gentleman at the desk my concerns and he said he understood but didn’t seem concerned. I don’t think I would stay again."

"We appreciated that our guests were welcomed to use the pool with our family . Very kind indeed! I offered to purchase or pay for my niece and nephew to be allowed to swim with my son and the staff respectfully declined- welcoming all the kids . Thank you ."
