"We loved staying in Lower Manhattan. The hotel is within walking distance to the 9/11 Memorial, Wall Street, Oculus, many restaurants and coffee shops. The hotel staff were always helpful and with a smile on their face. The only issues that we had was that the rooms are not cleaned daily. We ran out of toilet paper and we had to request clean towels. For the price that we paid for a four night stay, the rooms should be cleaned daily and restocked. "

"The hotel was located in a great location on 45th St W between 5th and 6th. The check in was quick and seamless, and so was the check out. I loved that you could check your bags at the front desk on arrival and departure to allow for more sight seeing. Our room was on the 7th floor and was located in a quiet location. You could not hear any street or hallway noise which was a plus for me. Would definitely stay there again. "

"It really was a pleasure to stay at the Jewel…the room was clean the chairs in the room could use updating for sure however the space in the room was decent for the city the bathroom was clean nice space in the bathroom the view from the 9th floor was nice we could see radio city music hall…they have a washing machine and dryer along with a workout facility on the 5th floor the washer and dryer is free the hotel provides detergent and fabric softener for the dryer for free IMPRESSIVE…the 2nd...
