"The gym had nothing to wipe the machines down after use. The TV monitors didn't work as they should. Only one channel available. My only criticism on the breakfast was that there should be better/healthier cereal choices, but the coffee was excellent."

"I loved the placed becaise it was clean and close to my business locations But night shift girl on Monday March 10th, was not friendly im sorry but i work in hotel industry since lime 25 years ago and this is a big red flag . When people are like this guess like me don't feel reallywelcomed . It feel lime tjey are making a favor to us to letting us be there . And thats no good . She wasn't rude but wasn't friendly at all. And i had to check out at 12 noon. But at 11: 15 aporx a clenaing lady i guess .....she nocked the door once and opened the door which wasnt really nice she had to wait a little longer since i was taking a nap before my trip back home . But anyways over all good place and clean. Love it Need to train bettwr your staff"

"Loved this spot! Perfect location, just a few minutes from downtown, but not close enough to be noisy. Comfortable bed and furniture, plenty of seating, full kitchen, very clean. I was especially thankful for the hosts, who were attentive and very quick to respond when I couldn't figure out the heating/cooling unit. I would definitely stay here again."

"The hotel was well located but tired... clean enough... if I returned to Memphis I would probably look for something a little nicer. "

"As a single mother traveling alone with three children, the valet parking being full was quite the disappointment and was one of the options that inspired me to book at this location. Check in was slow and very busy but understandable but again, not ideal with a wriggly, cranky toddler. AC never cooled to my desired comfort level and both older kids complained that it was hot, toddler was sweating. One bed was broken as in sunken in on one whole side of mattress and squeaky/could feel springs. Overall not the worst but certainly not the best. Would prob still book again if needed to stay close to the convention center as the skywalk over is just too convenient not to. Otherwise, if just simply staying in Memphis for other reasons, I’d prob try somewhere else for better luck."

"I asked for a non-smoking room, the person across the hall in their room smoked pack for three full days. I had to put a towel at the bottom of my door, so the smell would not come in. This was very disappointing. I have breathing issues. I asked for a non-smoking room for a reason. The toilet quit working on the last day. The TV remote didn’t work. We had to get a new one. The sink didn’t have a plunger, which was an issue for my husband‘s contacts. The Hallway that we were in didn’t look like it had been vacuumed in a couple of weeks although that could’ve been because the people that were across the hall smoking pot for three days straight would leave their garbage out in the hallway. "
