"Nice hotel and we loved our room as it had its own pool with an excellent view.
Breakfast in a morning was nice but they just couldn't get coffee hot, even the staff said the same, not great for a 5 star hotel. A very sterp hill up to this property and you can get the golf buggy to take you from your room to the town down the hill and phone reception to get it to come and collect you. They dont tell you this you have to find out for yourselves.
Even though its a nice hotel its lacking some central bar where you can have a drink or have a chat with people. Used the Flow bar once but the staff couldn't be bothered to come back to serve us so after 10mins of waiting we got up and left.
Service was hit and miss and for the money you pay i would expect better for a 5 star hotel"
